About Christiane Rösinger
Christiane Rösinger, who grew up in a 1960s asparagus field, is the singer of the Berlin band Britta (formerly the Lassie Singers) and creator of exceptionally beautiful lyrics. Alongside her work as a musician, she writes columns and other articles for the newspapers taz, Tagesspiegel, Berliner Zeitung and Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung. The autobiographical novel Das schöne Leben was her first book. In 2008, she published the singledom manifesto Liebe wird oft überbewertet and Berlin – Baku.
