The Sieber siblings have successfully modernised their inn Fischerfleck and turned it into a popular location on Lake Walchen. Their cousin Leni wants to expand the inn with a small, individually designed hotel on the neighbouring property. Guests of the pub and fishery could stay overnight and the family business could continue to grow. Of course, the owner of the neighbouring sports hotel has something against this. When the costs for the hotel temporarily get out of hand it puts the venture in a precarious position. Leni receives unexpected and unwanted help from Christian, a wealthy artist from Munich who has rented a barn on Leni's parents' farm as a studio.
