Self-deprecation, self-doubt, self-sabotage - Randa Weiser knows these negative thought patterns only too well. For her, inner critics are "evil traitors": sneaky, mean, toxic, they prefer to attack you when you don't even expect them. They rob you of the energy to put new ideas into practice, and if you dare to do it anyway and celebrate small or big successes, they are already lurking in the back of your mind and telling you that you weren't good enough. Randa had enough at some point, took up the fight against them and realised: You can't convince the deprecating voices inside you otherwise with words - but you can learn to control them. They are a part of you that needs to be healed. And this is where the Randa principle comes into play: whatever the past or other people have done to you, whatever life throws at you: don't let it get you down! Make something of it! Take all the pain, the mistrust, the self-doubt, the injustices, see them as challenges - and turn them into opportunities!
